We do not accept returns nor provide exchanges as our products are food items and cannot guarantee the safety of our product outside our control.
I received damaged bottles, what do I do?
We strive to protect your order for and during the shipping process. If an order has been damaged, we ask that you provide a picture of the damaged items to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, we will replace only the quantity damaged with no additional charges or you may receive a refund for the damaged quantity upon request.
My package is lost. What happens now?
We provide a Tracking Number at the time your order is shipped so you can keep up to date on its journey. If for some reason, you have not received your order 2-3 days after Expected Date of Delivery, contact us at email@example.com or call 833-725-7248 to begin an Inquiry Request.
